Runnin’ Runnin’..

You love your family. Your friends are groovy. Your current job is what you’ve dreamed of – you enjoy what you are doing and pretty satisfy with the money you’re making. You really enjoy your love mate. You’re in shape and healthy. You have perfect life.

But sometimes – or times to times – you just feel like wanna runnin’ runnin’ runnin’ runnin’…. Like what the
Black Eyed Peas shouting ^^

Can be anything...
It’s too hectic.
Or too boring.
A fight and a quarrel.
Too much stress and demands.

No challenge anymore.
Exam.
Homework, tasks, papers, deadline.
Demanding parents.
Affair.
Bad appraisal.
Lousy boss.
Gossip.
Mr./Ms. Complainer.
Sick children.
No money.
Debt.
Baby blues for new mother.
Regular office-home traffic jams in metropolitan.
Annoying friend/colleague.
Bad-hair-day.
Household errands.
Bad system & management of your country (which directly or indirectly affect your life, dreams and happiness).
Too many thoughts, to do list and ideas which always there and seems never get real.

Sure there always ways to overcome. Sure we always need to have spirit, like my favorite commercial words: DON'T CRACK UNDER PRESSURE. My Filipino friend Marlon said life's like a rollercoaster - up, down, slow and fast! I agree with that. We have to accept it.

I just think it’s natural, accepted and okay if in that times we feel like wanna RUNAWAY. Escape. Have time on our own. Or physically runaway if it’s possible.

Travel away and enjoy different things and views.
Disappear.
Meet new people.
Meditation.
Make your own cage and think problem solving.
Have a cup of your favorite coffee.
Write journal or diary.
Speedy-safely driving.
Take leave.
Work out.
Watch movie.
Read new novel.
Sunset on the beach.
Pamper yourself in beauty salon (creambath, spa, scrubbing, aromatherapy, pleasant massage…)
Dancing or rave party.
Just deep sleep.
Shopping (?).

(Note: New mother doesn’t have privilege to do all that. Stealing time for sleep or rush in to take a bath is already marvelous pleasure).

Just wanna say it’s no sin to runaway – or thinking to runnin’.
Maybe someone out there is strong enough and no need to run.

But if you’re not the one, you’re not alone.

So let’s runnin’ runnin’ and runnin’ runnin’ and runnin’ runnin’…
Let’s get woohoo!
